CystoProtek Return Policy

It is important to understand that CystoProtek is not an analgesic. It may take three to four months to offer a relief of symptoms. However, if you're not satisfied with our product, just return it for a full refund of the purchase price. A copy of your invoice and a reason for the return must be included with your return. You have 180 days (6 months) after receiving your product(s) to decide. We do not issue refunds for products that are returned without an invoice and reason for the return, or for products returned after 180 days (6 months). Bottles must be returned, even if they are empty. Please allow 5 to 10 days for refunds. When returning items, please use UPS tracking or insured U.S. Mail to ensure proper delivery of your return.

Shipping charges are not refundable.
