I am writing to tell you how extremely effective CystoProtek has been in treating by moderate case of Interstitial Cystitis (IC). I say moderate, because if I stay on a very bland diet with no fruit, chocolate, spices, caffeine, etc., my symptoms consist of only urinary frequency and only minor pain. However, this diet is very difficult to maintain.
I had been taking a prescription drug for about 8 months before trying CystoProtek. The prescription medication brought no improvement. Also, last year I had 2 series of bladder instillations which also did nothing.
Very soon after starting CystoProtek, I began to notice that I could go longer without using the bathroom, and after a few months, I can now tolerate small amounts of chocolate, carbonated beverages and caffeine without pain!
