Are there known side effects when taking CystoProtek?
The most commonly reported side effects are gastrointestinal in nature, and are typically temporary. Those who might be more likely to have stomach upset should start taking CystoProtek slowly, beginning with one or two capsules with meals daily and gradually increasing to the full dosage. Placing the capsules in the freezer for approximately 30 minutes before taking them can also help.

What if I have trouble swallowing pills?
The contents of the gelcap are liquid, so if you prefer you can make a pin-hole in the capsule and squeeze the contents out. In this form, you can easily add CystoProtek into applesauce, peanut butter, yogurt or a similar food. Please keep in mind the yellowish color from the quercetin can stain clothing.
